About the project
Westhaven Marina now has a new world-class facility, the Westhaven Marine Village.
The stunning structure inspired by the area’s marine industrial heritage houses marine related amenities, including chandlers, brokerages, and other specialist services. Along with an exciting food and beverage offering. This is a place where marina visitors are able to stop and rest, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy the spectacular views over the marina and back to the city skyline.
What’s involved
The building has achieved a Greenstar performance certification with exciting sustainable design elements including rainwater tanks, shaded window glazing, bike racks and end of trip facilities.
