About the project

Commercial Bay is a vibrant public precinct in downtown Auckland completed in June 2020. At its heart is a stunning new 39 level office tower that will be known as the PwC Tower. At the base of the tower is a three-level retail centre with a laneway design, a range of global brands, and diverse food and beverage options.

Dates

Commercial Bay’s world-class retail environment and the landmark office tower was completed in mid 2020.

Stage 2 works commence on One Queen Street in early 2020 and are anticipated to be complete in 2022.
